    REFUNDS

    • We want you to love your purchase! Returns within 15 days of receipt will qualify for a refund. 
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable except cases of a defective item or incorrect shipment. 
    • Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of receipt and inspection. You will get an email notification of the refund less shipping fees.
    • Items purchased on sale or with any coupon code are only eligible for an exchange.

    AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

    • Must be purchased directly through cocoandkiwi.com
    • The item being returned must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and/or packaging.
    • If deemed "used" item will be ineligible for return. Items will be shipped back to customer at their own expense.
    • Orders placed with coupon codes, on sale or marked down are considered final sale. Final sale + Clearance items cannot be returned, these are only eligible for an exchange or a store credit. 
    • All international purchases are final sale. 
    • Our glazed canvas is a natural fiber and will have small flecks in a variety of neutral tones. We have made sure to use high-quality canvas to ensure the most possible level of consistency. If you think you have an issue with your canvas be sure to email us with photos at info@cocoandkiwi.com before returning. 
    • All ineligible returns will be shipped back at the customer's expense. 
    RETURN PROCESS
    • MUST be within the 15 day return window. 
    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest getting tracking as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
    • Coco + Kiwi accepts shipping on damaged or defective items only. All other return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please email info@cocoandkiwi.com with photos of the defect and we will get a pre-paid return label emailed to you.
