    SHIPPING
    • All orders ship within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase and will be sent via standard shipping methods. We do not have any expedited options at this time. 
    • Coco + Kiwi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If package is marked delivered but have not been received are the customer's responsibility. If you think your package is lost or stolen please contact your local post office with your provided tracking number. They can check the geotag and start an investigation with you, but unfortunately we are not able to investigate on your behalf. 
    • We do not refund lost packages. 
    • Reshipping due to an incorrect address will ship at customers cost and will have an additional $3.00 restocking fee. 

    ORDER CHANGES

    • We are unable to combine or refund shipping on multiple orders. Each order will shop independently. 
    • We can not change products in an order so be sure you've chosen what you want before completing checkout.
    • If you need to cancel an order please contact us ASAP. Our orders are often packed within minutes of ordering and we may not be able to cancel your order. In that case you are always welcome to return or exchange it. 

    PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

    • We do NOT offer price adjustments on items that have been marked down after purchase. 
    • We cannot 

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    • We do try to use shipping methods that keep taxes and duties from reaching you or keep them as low as possible. In the case that they do arise,  you will be responsible for your country’s sales tax and/or duties.
    • International shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery depending on the country.
    • Tracking may not continue after the package has left the US. If you cannot locate your package please get in touch with your local postal carrier. 

    DEFECTIVE ITEMS

    • We always try to bring you the best quality but in the case you have received a defective item please contact us within 15 days. Just send us an email with a photo of the defect and we'll get a return label and a replacement sent out to you immediately. 
    • You will need to include an order number and email used to purchase.
